Very attentive, I emailed them a few times and always got a response by the next morning. Frames we delivered wrapped so nicely that even the UPS man couldn't wreck or chip them. Lots of choices and l they look beautiful!

Ordering is very simple. But for a large mirror you do need two people. But overall it was great, and it looks really good. definitely would recommend it.

Frame My Mirror walks you thru each step from ordering your mirror to installing it. First thing you do is to print out a diagram with the mirror you want to frame. Write down the dimensions and how for away your mirror is from a wall. I measured three times just to make sure I had the correct dimensions. I wrote down the measurements and ordered the frame. I get my frame and follow the instructions to assemble it. I go to install it and something didn't seem correct. oh boy, it appears to be a little too long. Sure enough, 6 inches to long. I go back and check what I wrote down and that measurement was correct. I'm assuming that I typed the wrong number in when I ordered the frame. What to do? I called the following morning and explained what had happened. I said I had the correct measurements written down and must have typed in the wrong number. The lady with Frame My Mirror said, "it happens all the time". She wanted to know the the correct length, since the width was correct, and I rechecked it again. OK, she said we will get another one out to you today. OK, I said, what am I looking at, cost wise? No charge, she said, it happens more than you think. Unbelievable! I was just hoping for a coupon or a discount, but not free, including shipping! I couldn't ask for any better customer service. I worked in customer service for 43 years and know what to expect from customer service. But Frame My Mirror blew me away. Thank you again!
