The shipping info was alittle confusing but all is good. 3 packages were received at the same time with 1 still to be delivered but the company info showed all were delivered and also received a courtesy call that the order was completed. I called your company and spoke with a nice gentleman who said the last package was still coming and I was finally able to track the package and it has been received. Very nice customer service but that AI got to go. Asked for my order # which I gave and then AI repeated the order # and it talked so fast I didn’t know what it said. Please keep your real customer service personnel.

The shipping was on time. Delivery men were professional and polite. brought it into the house placed the boxes where I needed them to be.

I ordered six poolside loungers, and they arrived well-packaged with all the necessary tools for assembly. Unfortunately, one of the cushion covers was defective. I contacted customer service and was able to speak with a live representative, who immediately started the replacement process. Their team was responsive, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. My replacement cover is already on its way. I was initially a little nervous about making such a large purchase, but the excellent customer service and the quality of the loungers completely exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I would absolutely purchase from Homary again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Happy with item, a few issues but I worked them out, did take a long time to arrive, about 12 weeks but company communication was good and provided tracking details. Would buy from them again if I’m not in a hurry to receive the item. Not cheap but functions well, good quality, very sturdy, worth the money

The material of the dresser was good, so was the delivery, however some details are a bit off. Hinges are not soft close and difficult to be put together. Black changer on the white table, really? Also putting this all together takes way more time and effort than written on the papers. Definitely 2 hours. . . Even more difficult than Ikea to be honest. Even for a handy person
