Shipping took awhile but it arrived right on time. There was a small hole in the side of the box, but no damage to internals.

I really wish there is one person that would follow the progress of us getting our package as Fedex lost our packages. I have had to call ACON 4 times and Fedex once. I would be nice if I didn't have to chase people in order to get all of our trampoline.

Shipping was great - was delivered by semi on a palette. Everything was packed well and the instructions were easy to follow. We did have an issue with one nut arriving stripped, but my husband made it work. I feel good about this purchase and would recommend ACON to others.

Only issue was with customer support trying to get info in advance on tools for construction. Otherwise, all excelent.

I also think the instructions on assembly of the stability bar need more pictures and description, as well as the inclusion of an assembly video.

Extremely disappointed by customer service. The return policy would not allow us to try the springs risk-free. We are now stuck with them even though they make our trampoline are less bouncy
