Item received in good condition

Tree came green. Had multiple leaves fall off during transportation. Root stalk smaller than I thought.

My tree arrived in great condition, well packaged and super healthy. It already has new growth and is flowering! I have yet to put it in a larger pot, but today is the day to gently upgrade it's home. I really appreciate the care take to get my tree through the mail and to me in such great condition. I will definitely buy from Fourwinds again.

The fingerlime was in excellent condition on arrival. Expertly packaged, with not a single broken branch. It's a very good size and looks healthy. After acclimating for a week in a northern window it has been repotted and moved to a sunny window and will go outdoors when the weather warms.

Despite fears that the roots may have been trimmed too much, the tree appears to be doing well.
