First off, I got there at 5:59pm the doors were closed!!! Came the next morning and I asked what time the doors locked she said 6pm, but when I told her what time I was there she said yes we closed 1 minute before 6pm wow!!! Top it off they sold me wrong fuel pump, yes I have my vin number and still got the wrong one!!!

ordered online a head lamp assembly priced was clearly marked $850. 00 so I ordered it money was taken out of my account to pay for it ,a little while later i receive a notification saying they can't sell head lamp assy for that price they bumped up the price to $1250 after I placed my order long story short I finally agreed to pay a $1000. 00 for head lamp , which in my book is no way in this world right I should have got head lamp assy for original price but I can tell you one thing if ever need another ford part I will never order from Sewell ford again I promise you that !!!!!
