Excellent service. I was highly impressed with how quickly they cleared a backorder item.

I have not even received my order. I sent an email yesterday asking when my order would ship that had been placed 2 weeks prior. I did get a tracking number conveniently the same day I asked when it would ship. Something seems off to me.

FedEx did not leave the package on our porch, nor did they leave a tag or notice. He just left and took package with him and left no notice. Why didn't he just leave the package on the front porch? And, he could have stayed on the concrete walkways, but instead ran all through our front yard and grass, unacceptable and very disrespectful!
