everything has been great except the dip handles that are not aligned well with the rack

was probably the first buyer of the C20 in California and was skeptical to buy. I took the risk, and I’m glad I did. After using it for a month, the experience has been great. I believe the C20 checks all the boxes. Force USA stood behind their product and supported me with everything I needed. They were a little slow at the beginning but got it done. Helpful… extremely helpful was missing 1 piece for the build and they shipped it next day for me.

I use these for regular dips and weighted dips. They feel stable, work as intended, and seem well built. My only gripe is that I prefer thicker handles.

Not low enough for a good stretch for taller guys (I'm 6'4"). Not designed to go low. And this only attaches on the right post. The right side of my machine is obstructed by other equipment. So, this doesn't work for my use case.

No issues with shipping, delivery. This really isn’t a decline bench though

The C10 is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I had shopped several brands before deciding on it. It’s extremely well constructed and top quality functionally. The slide bench with the center pulley system is what really sets the C10 apart from the competition. In addition, the C10 came with just about every accessory I could want, making it a very good value. Also, I received the aluminum pulleys as a part of the package. I describe the C10 in one word, AWESOME. Thanks Force USA for designing an innovative machine.
