The pulleys are very smooth and so is the smith machine. Those were the things I cared about the most. Nothing about this machine feels cheap. I've used it for about 3 weeks now and I love it! I did put it together by myself so it took me about 14 hours total over a couple days. I would recommend using the instructions, plus watch a youtube tutorial video on assembling the c20 while you do it. Thats what I did and it helped a lot on a couple steps. The assembly wasn't to difficult though. An extra set of hands on a couple steps would help, but for the most part it can be done alone. Love the c20!!! Glad I bought it!

This has been a great addition to the work out gear. I have weighing options for a while and this fits our garage situation the best. Quality is great although the assembly was a little murky for the doubler plates and the feet. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase.

They are so quick and easy to use. They also look and feel like top notch quality. My wife and I work out together, so switching weights has gotten so much faster. The only downfall is they are a little pricey for a collar. However I am very happy with my purchase and I would absolutely buy them again.
