I ordered my C-10 Trainer and did not get the weight stacks delivered, replacement order had been placed, but still have not shipped yet and it's taking way too long.

So far so good even with the shipping problems you got handled the situation well.

Received the compact leg sled in a few days. Everything was packed super safe. . . albeit a pain to take all the protective materials off. Machine's handle broke in a few workouts but ordered two more under warranty with no questions asked. However, they are back ordered probably because so many of these release handles break often. But that's a minor problem based on the great 'functionality' and ergonomics of the machine (compact leg sled).

It’s a good unit but it’s missing parts which limits the leg exercises. The pulleys also aren’t as smooth as Life Fitness products which is disappointing

The customer service was great but wish a live person would have been available to answer questions. They are prompt answering emails, but it would take 2-3 emails to get my questions answered. The shipping being free was awesome. The shipping company did not put in the tracking number, so we were surprised when the equipment showed up. We had to leave it outside tarped until I had a day off to bring the equipment in. The assembly instructions for the G20 were really bad. The video was useless and really needs to not be time lapsed but a full-length assembly video.

Extremely satisfied with this bench. Maybe the single most functional piece I have in my home gym. I’ve now had this for over a year and it has no signs of wear. Very durable and well made. Leg extension/curl attachment is so clutch for home gym purposes. I’ve loaded over 150lbs on it with no issues. Preacher curl is also a nice touch. I’m 5’8” and my feet make solid contact with the ground while bench pressing. No issues with feet dragging ground on leg extensions. Love the product, highly recommend
