Love food 52

Customer service was fantastic but the shipping (I know it's outsourced) is awful. The first batch arrived with half the bowls missing and the other two broken. As I registered with Food 52 for my wedding I know the broken bowls were not unusual--we had to have quite a few pieces from our registry replaced because the shipping packaging was subpar. Food52's customer service makes up for their packers' failures, though. The (unbroken) replacements arrived quickly at no cost to us. Would love to see more of the Dansk dishes released.

I have been a customer and lover of Food52 since their birth back in 2011. First with their recipes, later with their good products and their own brand goods. Don’t like too much the shipping charges but I wait for the sales event and then I take advantage of the opportunity!
