An Italian outdoor oven is an investment. I researched for about eight months. I settled on Fontana over its competitors because of their personable touch, the quality of their product, and the accessibility of the staff when I had questions. Hands down the best customer service. They really aren’t kidding. It’s like dealing with the part of your family you enjoy being around.

My initial order of Saputo stones arrived damaged, but w/o hesitation Pete and Fontani Forni (FF) sent out another set that arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to Pete and FF for excellent customer service. I would recommend FF to others.

Outstanding customer service

I would give a 5 because we love the pizza oven so much but our shipment was missing all the nuts and bolts and had dented parts. We understand bumps can happen during shipping but it took 2 weeks to get parts from NC in the US. Parts should have been shipped next day priority. Our pizza oven sat taunting us for two weeks.

We have used our Mangiafuoco Wood-Fired Oven for about 6 months. Our installation location was difficult access so we needed a lighter weight oven. I was nervus about performance but this oven truly performs. Easy to light, makes really great pizza and the quality of construction is really good. I do recommend the Saputo stones, they are much better quality. We also paid for full stainless. There are many good ovens but the reason I am witting this is for the quality and fantastic customer support by real people. Our oven arrived damaged and they immediately sent a replacement part. Prior to purchase and after purchase a real person answered all of our questions. When I call a real person answered and they cared about me. Great product and great people.
