Great place with some amazing products!

The parcel was not delivered successfully to my daughter's apartment address. She gets deliveries all the time, but this one left a calling card and said she had to re-arrange delivery, which cost me an extra $5. 50. Not good enough!

A great place to find all my low FODMAP foods and so happy that it is close to home. You provide an important service to people on a low FODMAP diet because the normal supermarkets do not stock the range that you do.

The snacks and sauce mixes i get from fodshop are great. Cannot get them in NZ.

Time frame from ordering then postage was around 8-9 days to slow

Staff member was helpful in getting the type of meals I needed

So slow - six weeks!

Parcel tracking kept me informed. Parcel arrived intact and sooner then I expected.

So good to be able to buy "safe" food. Just a pity you don't have a shop in NZ because the shipping prices are exorbitant - and it takes quite a while to process through customs.
