'Randomly' renaming products to be whatever marketing wanted vs even including what each product is. Maybe prior 'stigma' before CBD was codified and/or to distinguish from 'gas station isolates'. . .

Shipping could have been a little faster, but no other complaints. And that may have been on the shipping company's end. The website made finding the right product easy, and the subscription service offers convenient discounts, on top of rewards.
