Just short of 10 years on our latex mattress I was noticing it had begun to show signs of wear. We always rotate the mattress every year, I'm a large guy so this was precautionary. We called the company and was told it has a new owner. To my surprise they honored the warranty and sent us a new top layer. Very professional and efficient correction of doing the right thing. All family owned . The new top layer fixed my problem and also my belief in humanity. Thank you.

I have been searching for a latex pillow for the last 15 years! I had one when I was younger that I had so long (over 20 years) and it basically disintegrated!! This new pillow is exactly the same type i had years ago.
