I put the Sichuan Chili Crisp on everything. I’ve sent it to all of my friends and they can’t get enough of it either. It is spicy in a good way, you can still taste the flavors of the ingredients. It is the best chili crisp I have ever eaten.

So fun to have new flavors (and I love mapo tofu). Can't wait to use the erjingtiao chilis too! It's nice to know the ingredients are sourced with care.

I got this set because I wanted to try the chili crisp and Zhong sauce, and I also needed to restock my doubanjiang and huajiao. We haven’t opened the pantry staples to make Mapo tofu yet, but have almost finished the two condiments already! Both sauces are so deliciously addictive, and the mala spice mix is a versatile, seasoning for everything (not super spicy). The glass jars were very well protected in a fitted cardboard case for shipping, although one did leak a little bit in transit.

I love the unique flavor that this chili oil has. The numbing spice isn’t over powering like a typical pepper style hot sauce. I would recommend this to people who are turned off by standard spicy foods popular in American but still want to be adventurous.
