It is said everything goes better with bacon...likewise Chili Crisp! In fact try baking your bacon crisp then slathering it with Chili Crisp. I recommend buying an aged Dark Rice Vinegar to complement your Zhong Sauce. All in all a new culinary adventure awaits!

Definitely my favorite chili crisp out of all the ones I've tried so far! I love how it smells like a ramen seasoning packet (in a good way) because of all the umami.

The FLY BY JING Chili Crisp is fantastic. Not a burning heat, but a consistent warm glow that fills your mouth as you eat and leaves you satisfied for half an hour afterward; not just heat, but a rich, complex flavor that goes especially well with pork dumplings. I’m near Boston and especially favor the bite-size pork dumplings from the Chinese Spaghetti Factory, but this chili crisp would be great on any dumplings (I’ve tried it on Trader Joe’s Gyoza and on Joyce Chen Potstickers). I make hot-and-sour soup from scratch, and a spoonful of FLY BY JING Chili Crisp makes the flavor a lot richer while still allowing the white pepper to shine through. I’ve also used it to make a laid-back but very flavorful version of mapo tofu—perfect for my friends who love tofu but don’t want it burning hot the way I usually do. I tried one small jar of chili crisp after reading about it in the news; when that ran out, I bought two of the large size and also a jar of the new Zhong Sauce. I am hoping that Zhong Sauce will also become available in the larger size; I like its slight sweetness maybe even better on dumplings (right now I keep switching between Zhong Sauce and Chili Crisp), but I will still still prefer the chili crisp for other dishes (soup, tofu, omelets). I’ve been living in China for almost 8 years and the Shichuanese cuisine has always been my favorite. I couldn’t believe that I’ve had to come back to the US to find the best Sichuan taste to add to my dishes! I’m addicted, seriously addicted, like drug addicted 😃

This sauce is the bee’s knees. I can’t stop eating it on absolutely everything!!! I ordered the big boi to replenish my stock after using up the normal size quickly. The packaging is adorable for gift-giving, the service is impeccable, and I am so glad that my sister introduced me to fly by jing. Definitely order the larger size if trying to decide!

Website is easy to navigate, orders are easy to place, orders come very well insulated and wrapped. I really enjoy the frequent flyer club, earning points towards the next purchase is pretty freaking awesome. Customer service was great, when I switched emails, they transferred over my points as well. I loved the autie visor so much (if you havent gotten one go get it) I purchased it for my mom and sister as well. Just apply some hand sanitizer to the cloth headband part to keep it clean.
