After purchasing FLUME, my box arrived within one week. I installed the app, connected FLIME to WiFi easily and attached FLUME to my water meter. The directions were easy to follow. Once I sent in my photo, the refund came the next day.

I do wish that this device was able to turn off the water, but I understand that wasn't the intent of this design. I was notified twice of a possible leak, and I discovered the flapper on a toilet needed adjusting. I fixed it and no more troubles. Thank you.

Can't get the Bridge and Sensor Units to talk to each other. This despite following the instrutions. About ready to give up.

Shipping was fast. This was a freebie from the LADWP, otherwise I might not have spent $250. But, it's awesome, so think it's actually worth the investment, even if you do have to pay. Very useful to see usage. I didn't realize we still had timed watering outside, so was able to finetune all that.

It is important to be able to monitor water usage in my home, and I appreciate the partnership with LADWP, but the device seems unreliable. I have received disconnect and reconnect notices a few times after having the device installed for a week or so.
