Shipped on time, beautiful arragement. Website at payment area was a bit confusing beacuse I dont use shop pay. It kept redirecting me and I had to start my order all over again. Getting a photo before shippig would be great.

Very efficient ordering and tracking system. Prompt delivery. It was a gift and my friend was delighted with the flower arrangement.

Ordered flowers within 24 hours of Mother's Day due to another provider falling through and was grateful this company provided same-day delivery as an alternative. While the flowers and vase delivered were good quality and still going strong after 1 week, the bouquet was a totally different floral arrangement and even different colour palette than what I selected. The photos showcased different flowers and a colour palette of purples and lavendars, what arrived was a pink and white arrangement. Rating a three because it was not indicated that the arrangement wouldn't be what was pictured.

Loved the vibrant colours of the flowers and the basket they came in. The arrangement was beautiful. I had requested that the order be delivered by noon because we were celebrating a coworkers retirement and wanted to present her with the flowers at her luncheon. I was very surprised when it arrived earlier at 10:00 a. m. She loved the flower arrangement. Thank you Flower Story. Will definitely order again.
