Beautiful flowers delivered right on time Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning, perfect blooms! Perfectly timed to execution as well, only 3 to 5 blooms were open upon delivery the next morning over 10 more head opened and now 48 hours later 80% of the bouquet is open it is luxurious giant and beautiful! Props to the florist I haven’t seen Lillies in this great condition in a very long time

I placed my order online and accidentally put the wrong address. I contacted the team and they were able to make the adjustment for me right away. I also couldn’t find a section to write a note to put with the flowers and they easily accommodated me to add this as well! I was able to track the flowers in real time with the driver and was notified once it was delivered. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and very fresh! Was very satisfied with the overall experience with Flower Story! Thank you!

The flowers were not fresh when I received them. By the next day, they had completely wilted. This is a picture showing their condition.

The invoice showing price paid and my personal information and form of payment was sent with the bouquet I bought as a gift for the birthday lady. I was never humiliated in that manner before in my life! I will never buy again from you or recommend your shop. My personal information was available to your delivery company, the concierge of the building and the person receiving the gift/bouquet!
