Also, I appreciate this product as the cleansing shampoo cleans my hair perfectly, and the Palo Santo leave-in conditioner is precisely what my hair needs to stay hydrated, leaving my curls looking bouncy and amazing. I appreciate the shipping protection option because it allows me to track my package's safety, and in the event it gets lost, I am confident that the company will send a replacement package. Fortunately, I have not encountered any issues thus far.

I love Pattern. All of my go-to travel hair regimen is Pattern. My daughter and son-in-law love mine.

The ordering system removed 300 of my points by mistake and instead of returning my 300 points it gave me a discount code option. The problem with that is, from time to time you can use your points for special purchases, where a discount code will not have that equal value.
