I ordered navy so that my son and husband could match. They sent us my son’s pair in black. The shipping also took almost 2 weeks.

I recently placed an order for Floafers on a Sunday morning. Upon receiving the email confirmation, I noticed that my Shop account had defaulted to an old shipping address for my daughter. I immediately responded to the email to request a change to the shipping address(per the instructions in the confirmation email if assistance was needed). I did see that orders only shipped during normal business hours starting on Monday. When I did not receive a response by Monday morning at 8am, I went to the website and found no phone number but did start an online chat and made the same request for a change to the shipping address. I did not get a Chat response until 1pm that day and was informed the order had already shipped to the original address and there was nothing that could be done other than to have the owners at the old address refuse the order. The owners were not available to refuse the address, so now my son-in-law does not have new shoes but the owners of his old house do. Please know that if you have an online presence, more immediate responses to emails or online chat will go a long way for better customer satisfaction.

Needed to exchange sizes of Floaters for my grandsons and I had to return without an exchange because you were out of stock of the sizes that I needed. Also tried to order 4 pair of shoes for Father’s Day and you were out of stock in all 4 sizes!
