My twins feet are torn apart after wearing them for an hour today. They have been wearing your shoes for 2 years so I’m incredibly confused.

The shoes still haven’t arrived, even though I ordered them about a month ago. I also have no information about the shipment—where it is or when it is expected to arrive. The shipping tracking link on your website does not work. On other websites, you usually receive a tracking number with a link by email, and you get updates each time the shipping status changes. Here, I placed the order, paid, and since then everything has just disappeared with no updates. I prefer this response
