Excellent customer service, we had to exchange a pair and the process was super easy and self-serve BUT I did have questions at one point and I was still able to talk to a real team member and resolve. LOVE these shoes and have for the whole family.

Trendy and cute! My 8 year old loves them, they do run bigger they look almost a 1/2 to a full size bigger than the plaid loafers I bought in the same size

Size is way too small. I think I need a size 16 at least.

We have purchased your shoes for many years and have loved them. My son has now moved into the adult size. Unfortunately they are too narrow. We decided to manually stretch them for comfort and unfortunately we have disfigured the shoes. This is disappointing. Wishing you had a wide option.
