Slow shipping size not true

Immediate response after the order and then no notification until a week or more later when they arrived.

Hi. The size on size chart that I compared in order to be able to order the right size are extremely off. I received a size way way bigger than needed. I really need your help with that. I have nothing what to do with such a big size.
