i never received my order. the customer service is terrible

We requested to change a size RIGHT after we ordered a floafer that was not on sale. Floafers replied a day later that it was sent out, which was not true as we received a message that it was sent out only two days later. There item is fine but their service is PURELY TERRIBLE.

These were for my 15 year old son and he loves them! The color is great, I ordered an 11 and they looked huge, they fit him perfectly! He said they are very comfortable and very soft.

Too long till they delivered Not everything was in stock till then (2 weeks took them) And I’m still waiting for refund 10 days after they finally delivered When I asked for a free delivery since not everything was shipped I didn’t got a response
