No meals 2 weeks later

If I could put zero stars, I would, $225 down the drain first my box was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, then it was Thursday and now I just never received my box And haven’t been given a refund after requesting one let alone no one getting back to me on the phone number to contact or email for support

I ordered on Friday the 7th, with an estimated delivery date of the 11th. On the 8th got a text confirming delivery in the 11th. On the 11th I tried calling customer service and got an automated message to use their online chat that immediately hangs up on you after giving you the message. The online chat said no one was available, even though I was in the time window where it says they are open. The text chat was the only option to talk to anyone. I was then told the order would be shipping today, the 11th, and should arrive the 12th or 13th. I also noticed the confirmation email explains that you will receive tracking info. Mind you, at this point they have already charged me for a second week of food with the auto renewal. In the afternoon on the 12th I reach out because I still haven’t received tracking info. They confirm the meals have shipped and will be arriving the 13th. That was yesterday, no meals came, but around 10pm I get two emails with tracking info. Now I’m supposedly getting two weeks of meals delivered to my house today. My expectations are pretty low at this point. If both weeks show up I’m probably stuck throwing one week away. Obviously I can’t rate the food at this point but this service has been horrible so far and I think I’ll be looking for a local company to switch to asap.

The cooked food is a hot mess and looks in no way like the photos depict.

Not good.
