i was billed on 8/18/24
i was billed on 8/18/24 for meals for this week which i never received. i was then again billed on 8/25/24. im now going this whole week without meals that i paid for in my last billing cycle. this is not the first time this happened. i reached out to support in the past, and they refunded me my money, but i was still without food for the week. this time, support hasn’t even answered me.

I am a widow, trying
I am a widow, trying to cook for myself wasn’t easy. Now I can eat, with many choices, by just going to the refrigerator or freezer. Taste wonderful, and healthy. Cheaper than some nasty TV dinners in the store. This comes right to my door, I don’t even have to leave the house😊

I love the food and how the macros are labeled easily. I've had food come damaged or warm, but customer service is wonderful and always makes things right quickly! I've never had a bad tasting dish
