Great experience with FlexiSpot. The tabletop arrived damaged, but their customer service was super easy to talk to and very helpful. They quickly sent a replacement and it arrived sooner than I expected. As for the table itself, I really like it. It feels sturdy, the height adjustment is smooth and not very noisy, and the table doesn’t feel shaky at all. Overall, very happy with both the desk and the support.

Bought Japanese joinery queen size bed. Very easy to assemble though the Ikea type instructions could be clearer. We had to partially disassemble after realizing it wasn't joined correctly. Very solid construction and would recommend to friends. It's half the price of competitors.

You want proof of poor quality which is hard to show when it's what it feels like to sit in or noises it making. .

The cutout from the desk top is not that useful. Lost of space for my wrist. Yea sure it help me get closer to the monitor but my knee is would already hitting the frame before I could get close. Sure raising the desk solve this but now I have to raise my shoulder which put tension on my shoulders which is another issue.

I actually bought a Thuma first. Thuma arrived damaged, and I could hear the pieces of wood crack as I moved them. Thuma was so extremely heavy that I was kind of glad that I had to return it, because I bought this bed specifically for its supposed ease in assembly and portability (which it was not). I was really disappointed because I loved the concept of a Japanese joinery bed for my lifestyle, so I went to ChatGPT and asked it what I could get instead, and it recommended FlexiSpot as its top choice. The price is considerably lower than Thuma, so I wasn't sure what to expect - but I have been so impressed by how much better this is than Thuma. It looks so beautiful in my bedroom and is very solid. I would absolutely buy this again. 10 STARS.
