Arrived sooner than expected and not difficult to put together. Its very heavy and I had to take it up the stairs piece by piece. Definitely got my workout for the day! So worth it.

I received my chair in less than a week of ordering.

Very sturdy and super easy to assemble for all tabletop sizes. Did it alone in like 20 minutes. Have two monitors, a sturdy arm and my pc sitting on it and is very solid. Best deal you can get if you diy the tabletop yourself.

easy to assemble! headboard was delayed but they were able to send the frame while waiting for restock. CS was very responsive.

The mechanical lift works well, but after using the deck for some weeks, I noticed the desk top started bending towards the back and front leading to ergonomic issues when used. If the desk top was fully flat with no issues, it would be a 5/5. At this time, it is a 3/5

I'm an engineer, and this is probably one of the worst assembly instructions I've ever used. The customer service was also not helpful at all. I believe the core issue stems from the multiple desk sizes that the standing desk is designed to accommodate — which likely caused confusion in the instructions.

I've been wanting to get a new PC chair for sometime, as the chair I had before was fine but wasn't the best idea to be used as a PC chair. Buying this new chair, all be it expensive, was worth getting for the long run. Being able to lean back and put my feet up as I watch videos is great, moveable arm rest to put them right where you want them and the seat is soft enough be it sitting straight up or leaning back but also firm enough as so you don't feel like your sinking into the chair. The only down side I have with it is the arm rests, which are nice to be able to move them in whatever way you want is nice but for me, if I could lock them in that position as they can be too easily moved by accident at times would make this a great chair in my eyes. Over all, it is a very good chair that I just have a minor issue with it. 9. 8/10

Pre-drilled/reinforced holes of the top do not match the holes on the base, so in addition to needing to drill them yourself it is not really as strong it should be given the honeycomb structure of the bamboo desk top
