I was skeptical at first about the quality. After opening the package and held the brackets I knew it was a durable gauge steel that had some weight to it. Install was easy. Painters tape might be a better hold for the template as the tape provided peeled the drywall paper. No big deal just put some paint on it. Overall good quality at a great price!

The Storage Shelving was easy to install, with well written instructions. With the included wall template, there was no guessing on where to mark for the drive bolts in our concrete block garage wall. All the necessary hardware is included, and when installed it is very sturdy. Their customer service originally notified me of delay in shipping, and it came within the new timeframe. I would certainly recommend this shelving unit to others.
