Very nice quality!

The order process was not pleasant, instead of a confirmation with a delivery date I received a mail from customer service with a case number…that was followed by a mail from the same source asking for patience! - That was when I canceled the order and asked for full reimbursement. - All the sudden the order confirmation was sent and the next day the delivery arrived! - the shoes are of minimalistic design hence elegant with excellent leather quality and comfortable interior. - But the company has to work on their costumer communication!

Beautifully done! Really top notch. They didn’t fit me however and had to return sadly. The leather is a pit stiff which I suppose is needed to keep this beautiful design.

Since 35 years my main life is at Clémentine my multi brand boutique. And today I need a shoe brand and Flattered would be the one to suggest.

I live in Canada and ordered for the first time from Flattered. I was a little anxious to see how the delivery would and curious about the quality. I received the shoes quickly and the quality of the Samantha loafers did not disappoint. I love these shoes and look forward to wearing them. They look fantastic and will elevate any outfit I wear with them.

I ordered a pair of Bon Bon shoes for my daughter's birthday. A day later i received a message "out of stock" and the shoes would have arrived a month after the birthday. BUT, Flattered managed to source a pair from their depot in Sweden and the shoes arrived to the delight of my daughter on her birthday. She is was so pleased and loved her loafers....

I now have four Flattered boots. The first pair I’ve been wearing for two years. They look great and are perfect for urban walking. The thick soles protect my feet from the concrete and I have walked several miles on concrete with them. The oldest pair is still in great shape, even though I wore them every day for a year.
