Very tight. Absolutely not large to size. On the contrary - tight and the leater is pretty hard, so it’s gonna take time before they feel OK. The style is beautiful, but it’s surprising how badly structured they are.

So far very good :) Our correspondence with Flattered has been extremely kind and attentive to our problem with a shoe zipper. We are thankful for the top class support.

Returning shoes is a smooth process

My return was lost by Royal Mail which was concerning due to the price of the boots and the fact that Royal Mail would only compensate up to £100. I contacted Flattered support and they responded quickly and advised that they would refund me the full amount. I hadn’t expected this to be the response and was very grateful. Great service. Also, the only reason for the return was that I had ordered 2 pairs to decide between. The pair that I kept are amazing. Love them.

My return was promptly taken care of.
