Hello - I ordered Lasorda Family Wines Paso Robles Super Tuscan "A Tribute to Tommy" 750ml × 2 yet received the Lasorda Family Wines No 2, something we have 6 bottles of. I called to share the error and have followed up, the nice store employee sharing there is a note in my file the Manager will call me to correct the error. I’ve had to follow up without any call back. I understand errors happen but following up and correcting a shipment error is also part of the business and how customers become repeat customers.

Timely shipping and packaged well

The online store, products, and customer service are all awesome. The first delivery was a real mess. The walnut liqueur arrived very damaged and had leaked all over the box. The replacement, although packaged better and shipped immediately, still had some leakage and the label was wet and torn.
