There was no box for the tequila and the bottle was all scuffed up black and looks bad. For $375 I would expect better

No issues ordering or on delivery

Very good site , great shipment

I placed my order over the weekend, but I didn't receive a tracking number until after I contacted customer service on Tuesday. The shipment finally started moving on Wednesday. Since the weather in California has been extremely hot, I also paid extra for additional dry ice. Unfortunately, the package arrived without the extra dry ice, which was disappointing. That said, I'm happy to report that the wine itself arrived in good condition and did not appear to be affected by the heat. Overall, the product quality was great, but the shipping communication and fulfillment of the dry ice option could definitely be improved.

Great selection, knowledgable staff. My go-to wine shop!

Flask Fine Wine & Whiskey provides great shipping service. Punctual delivery. Items are packed with care care. Thank You

These were gifts and everyone loved the Balvenie scotch.

Excellent value and service. Quick delivery and kept me informed at all times throughout the shipping process

Outstanding service

On our last cruise we fell in love with this Champaign. I’d been price shopping and was so thrilled when I found it here at a reasonable price, so thank you very much!!

Placed order by accident and couldn't figure out how to rescind it. Decided to keep the order, but would question using your site again. Wine was received in good condition.

Will purchase again!
