I placed my order over the weekend, but I didn't receive a tracking number until after I contacted customer service on Tuesday. The shipment finally started moving on Wednesday. Since the weather in California has been extremely hot, I also paid extra for additional dry ice. Unfortunately, the package arrived without the extra dry ice, which was disappointing. That said, I'm happy to report that the wine itself arrived in good condition and did not appear to be affected by the heat. Overall, the product quality was great, but the shipping communication and fulfillment of the dry ice option could definitely be improved.
