Great service. Fully understood our requests and offered wine that fit what we were looking for. Took home six bottles instead of one! All the wines are what we wanted - bordeaux chianti and similar from france and italy. and in once case, spain.

Fantastic customer service, only downside is that we do not live locally. As we are in the UK the delivery is quite expensive, as we expected, however, the shipping was very very quick. Thank you.

Timely shipping and packaged well

The online store, products, and customer service are all awesome. The first delivery was a real mess. The walnut liqueur arrived very damaged and had leaked all over the box. The replacement, although packaged better and shipped immediately, still had some leakage and the label was wet and torn.
