I had a fantastic experience with one of your customers service people. She was extremely helpful and nonjudgmental. Then I had a terrible experience with another customer service person. Who was just very terse and sour. It almost made me change my mind about doing business with your company. In the end, I believe you have a quality product, and Mary was so helpful and understanding. It was just to bad she was out of the office today.
