DPD failed to deliver my order - they claimed they had tried but had taken it to a 'collection point' instead, which I couldn't easily get too. I contacted customer services, who immediately sent another one on overnight delivery without extra charge. The jacket is warm and waterproof - the zip is a bit fiddly and flimsy, but the jacket seems very good value overall, at the sale price.

Russell fleece 874M
The fleece arrived quickly and is wonderfully warm and comfortable to wear. I ordered the burgundy and while it is ok, the colour is not a nice as I had expected. I will buy a different colour next time. FL workwear were great, It was easy to order and I got a discount for my first order. I can only recommend this company.
