Waited 6 weeks with a few excuses now waiting on a refund so they say wait and see.

Ridiculous length of time to wait to receive a product. I understand a couple of weeks for bespoke, but to try and pass these off as hand made is shocking to me. Received them today 8/10/25, having ordered on 17/9/25. I ordered ‘prestige’ at £55. 99 and I could have bought better quality in B&M (other bargain basement stores are available). The fixing holes are too close together so they gape and they’ve added fixing holes to the rear mats, when my vehicle type doesn’t come with fixings in the rear. Polite response to emails but stating “…manufacturing machinery had some unexpected downtime. Since everything we make is bespoke, it took us a bit of extra time to get things moving again. The good news is your items are now being finished up…” and then take another 7 days for them to be sent out, is totally unacceptable. Coincidently they were shipped the same evening I asked for a refund. There’s a code CTVEL on the attached label, are they passing off Comfort Velour as ‘Prestige’… who knows?! I would not recommend!

We did have a problem with post and packaging but I contacted the carrier and the supplier. The problem was sorted out and it was delivered a few days late It was a good product I received I’m happy

First class prooduct. Everything fitted perfect.

Terrible customer service. Very slow response. Super slow delivery. Refused my request to cancel the order, then refused to refund after receiving car mats that stunk of cigarettes. I threw the whole set straight in the bin. Waste of money. Waste of time. Buy better mats from elsewhere.

Excellent car mats of high quality. Fast turnaround and very competitively priced too. Excellent customer service too. Hopefully one day they will start making boot liner mats too as there is definitely a gap in the market. One piece of advice go for the most expensive top of the range mat Finest Car Mats produce. The quality is excellent and makes OEM car mats look cheap and nasty in comparison.
