Lovely dress perfect fit but when you make a birthday offer it would be good if you honoured it . If you don’t I will go to the Ombudsmen also will not recommend you . I rest my case in anticipation of you honouring the offer you sent me.

Arrived quickly well packed.

Very poor. My trousers are not wearable. The seams split within two weeks of getting these and poor quality fabric.

Customer Service non existent Waiting for refund now almost 4 weeks Returned made because Finery sent the wrong sizes and they even charge you to make a return!

Cones up very small. Ordered ten then a twelve. Think I’d need a 14 for it to even fit comfortably :(
