I’ve just sent a review. I’m disappointed with your service. I’ve been in touch via phone and message requesting a return QR I paid £3. 50 for postage. I was sent a label I haven’t a printer or access to one. I have been totally ignored with my request. I’m now having to return it via Royal Mail and pay postage again. Pamela Noakes

Not that great as was too big for my size in medium. Then I realised to return it there would be a return charge so next time I will not buy any more clothing from finery.

Love this dress, have worn it multiple times already for work and it is comfortable and looks great. Great cut and feels lovely on. Also bought in green but navy is the nicest.

Slow to despatch which meant slow delivery. No Option to choose faster delivery. Pretty unsympathetic response when queried delivery. A shame as clothes good , customer service not.

Great, delivery was as expected

Unsatisfactory customer service. No response to emails. Had dresses returned them. They were sent back to me so I have to send them back again. Taking ages to get refund.
