Hi - The service I received from FineAwards was spectacular - very prompt, friendly, and helpful. The actual awards were also gorgeous and very well regarded. The main issue we had was with the art proofs. We went back and forth several times, not just on aesthetic issues, but also with multiple misspellings (of words we had provided). Some consistency there would make the process a lot more efficient. Overall, however, would use again.

Although they had a few days of power outage due to hurricane Irma, they were able to get these awards to me on time. Thank you!

There was a tiny flaw in one of our awards. We ordered a new one and FineAwards sent it for free. All while recovering from a hurricane! Great work, thanks again.

Our event logo is complicated and has text smaller than the recommended engraving size, but the award turned out amazingly well, anyway. We are thrilled with the result and love the pretty, keepsake like packaging for presentation to our honoree. Thank you!

Thank you! When we received our award, the colors were very muted relative to the picture. I was a little bummed about that. Instead of the bright colors shown on the website, the colors looked more brown. I am curious about how that happened.
