Workmanship was beautiful and working with the team was a great experience.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of my crystal Truck purchase, but I mainly purchased the theme of the Truck because it was appropriate for the recipient. However, it is more beautiful in person than one can imagine. The online image does not do it justice because of the clearness of the crystal, but rest assured, I think anyone who orders it will be as satisfied as I am.

We've been purchasing awards from FineAwards for years and have been very satisfied with them. They do great work and in a timely manner.

Awards were beautiful, and staff was friendly, however, I did not like the fact you charged an additional $35 fee to transform a PDF or JPEG into a vector file. I spent a great deal of money, which i'm sure is a drop in the bucket for some, but that should be offered as a "free-Valued-added-service" by your company.Aside from that, everything else was great and I received the awards ahead of scheduled time.
