I had a fantastic experience with one of your customers service people. She was extremely helpful and nonjudgmental. Then I had a terrible experience with another customer service person. Who was just very terse and sour. It almost made me change my mind about doing business with your company. In the end, I believe you have a quality product, and Mary was so helpful and understanding. It was just to bad she was out of the office today.

It took me a long time to find high-quality bath towels to replace the ones I have that no longer seem to be available. My search was over when I found a couple of Abyss Super Twill towels one day. They are not available in any quantity in any stores where I usually source my towels, so I was glad to find flandb. com as a source.
