Easy purchasing experience, great website, great product photos & styling. Easy returns, though there are no online exchanges. I purchased during Spend & Save, and when I received my pants and realised I needed a different size, the sale was over. I had to purchase again in the smaller size, and contact customer service who kindly honoured the sale price and refunded me the difference. Great customer service, though it would be a lot easier if they just did exchanges.

I love the colour of the bag! I also appreciate that the bag can house volumes. It would be great if the bag had compartments within the bag or a zipper at the least to house important things like keys, cards, etc.
