I appreciate that they have my Most of the products I need in stock, and my veteran husband appreciates the discount given to him. Sometimes though the prices are a tad steep so I stick to my local fitness store or order from Amazon. The staff is very friendly

When I was there only one associate was working in the store and she was tied up on the phone. I walked around 15 minutes without being assisted. So I went out to my car and researched whether I could buy product from Amazon. After I finished, I looked up and seen another associate in store. So I went back in to make purchase with her while the first associate was still on the phone. If I had not seen the second associate, I probably would have purchased the product on Amazon. You can manage your store the way you want. In my opinion there should be 2 associates in the store to promote good customer service. Thank you. Any questions, 937-408-3135
