Fantastic Customer Service
I purchased a pair of Blacksmith Work Gloves and experienced an issue with an electrical connection in one glove. After sending a service request email, I was contacted very quickly by a service contact. Colleen was very professional in leading me through the claims process and arranged for a replacement which arrived very quickly after my call. I tip my hat to Collen for her commitment in "making things right" but also to the Fieldsheer Company foir their sincere commitment to the customer and for "walking their talk!" I will definitely be purchasing other heated clothing in the near future!

Haven't received
I ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband on November 22nd, but I still haven't received it. I have contacted customer service twice and still haven't heard anything back. Fieldsheer heating and cooling products are recommended by my company for team members working outside, but I can tell you I will not be ordering anything if this is how shipping is going to be.

Website is TERRIBLE
I receive an email about black friday and as a Bills season ticket holder, I get extra discount. . . . . . great. I get to the website to order hundreds of dollars of items and can't do it. Try to use the online chat, doesn't work. Everyone is apparently "busy" at all hours of the day. I send the message as requested but 4 days later, still no response. If I could give a ZERO star review for the website, I would.

Fiedsheer warming products
Have had your socks and vest for 3 years now and wouldn't trade them for anything. Garments and Bluetooth work as advertised. Have never had a problem. Customer service is outstanding. I recommend your products to all my friends. Thanks again for a GREAT Product.

Very bad experience
I ordered the vest but was too small. Asked for a return by email and still after something like 2 weeks, never got an answer. Had to call to know my return was accepted. Send the item back never got an answer saying we received your item or else. Had to call back again (another2 to 3 weeks) to be told the item was received. By then it was on sale. Asked for the reduced price and they accepted. Got the refund on the day of the call and an email saying you'll hear from us when the item is shipped. But as of May 24th, still no email and forget about a vest (more than a month later). Had to call again today to be told that the vest is out of stock (of course, a month and a half after it was supposed to be shipped it might have gone out of stock!!!!!). So in the end, after three months of all that, no vest! ADVICE: If you are to still buy their products knowing the company customer service sucks, you might as well go into a real store and talk with real people. And no, I cannot add pictures of the product since I never got it!

Unreasonable exchange policy
I used a Fieldsheer heated base layer this winter at a number of outdoor sporting events as our child is on a college team and I was contemplating getting a jacket for next winter. My wife was sent a jacket as a present but we got it late in the winter. It didn't fit. We didn't immediately act on it because we were traveling quite a bit. I contacted the company to find out that they only allow 30 days for refunds AND exchanges. It had been a little less than 3 months since receipt. certainly can understand that for refunds, but not for exchanges; especially given the sizing issues with the clothes which run quite small . We did not want a refund. We simply wanted to exchange the item, - received as a gift, not worn, and in original packaging - for a different item and size. I inquired with customer service about this and was simply informed nope, you're out of luck, no exchanges past 30 days. So now we have this pricey item which no one in our family can use. We will continue to attend winter outdoor sporting events. There are other companies producing good quality products in this same heated clothing space. We will be looking for and recommending products from a company with a more reasonable exchange policy. This was extremely frustrating.

Worst customer service ever
Purchased a heated vest that didn’t work. Contacted via email and received a ticket number 10 days ago. Since then…..nothing. They do not respond to emails and there is no number to call.

I loved the socks it keeps my feet warm! Only thing is, it's a bit complicated to put them on, maybe putting a side zipper will work in the near future! that would be amazing!

Ordered several different coats for the family and all were nice quality. This company has American based customer service reps in case you need help registering your garment, like I did. Order one size up .

Good value on sale
Purchased the men's Backcountry jacket last March and works well. Last months purchased the 12 v summit down jacket for me and my wife. Can't say anything about the battery life yet but these are quality jackets. Last week I ordered the alpine jacket for my son and a summit jacket for my daughter. Very fast shipping and my kids love them. Had an issue with the warranty registration online. I contacted Matty, a customer rep, and was fixed right up. Fieldsheer has great products and great American customer service second to none. Just remember, order one size up which was true for all 4 of my family members .

Just received my 12volt summit down jacket and the battery was dead and would not charge. Matty in customer service was so helpful in resolving this issue. A new battery is on its way. Great customer service.
