I ordered my subscription over a week ago and on May 1 (7 days ago) USPS said a shipping label was created and awaiting item. Support says they reached out to fulfillment team to see what the hold up is, no response. Will I ever receive my order? And if so, will it have a t shirt or a hat in it for my wait time?

I absolutely LOVE F&S hats. They have become my new favorite hats to wear, as well as a brand that has a lot of history. People have been complimenting me on the hats from the moment I started wearing them. I have about 6 F&S hats and I can't wait to see newer designs so I can get them too. I love the fit, the sizing, the structure, and I really love the hats that have the trucker/mesh look around all panel of the hat, not just the back like a lot of other hats. The ONLY reason this is getting 3 stars, is because of the shipping. This would be 5 stars for product and customer service, but unfortunately, F&S has outsourced their shipping responsibilities to Amazon (probably to save some money) and Amazon shipped my brand new, structured hats in a BAG. . . An amazon bag that a new hardcover book might be shipped in. Needless to say, the hats were not handled with care and when they arrived at my house, they were crushed and looked awful. I couldn't salvage the hats to get them to where I would be comfortable wearing them. . . This is a disappointment after spending all of this money on new hats. Especially in an economy where the current administration has made it harder to spend money on fun things because of the rise in prices on just about everything. Someone reached back out to me after a few days and refunded this order, after I placed an order for the same two hats that I tried to buy the first time. They let me keep the other hats, so maybe they can be hats for working in. We'll see how the new ones arrive. Holding my breath.
