the store did good but the company that makes the lures has fell off big time. they must not test the lures they make or they just don't care that the lure don't work as it used to.

So far Field & Stream has not done well. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a week. I ordered two of these. One is perfectly fine. The other arrived with the shipping tube basically destroyed and the rod broken. I would like to get someone to answer. The rod that wasn't broken is phenomenal. One of the best in the Cara series ever made. Field & Stream customer service, however, is not great. The phone line just tells you they are having "Technical Difficulties" and hangs up. I do not want to leave a poor review of the rod, but I do want others to see that I've had struggles with getting the one that arrived broken replaced or resolved.

I just wish it was the Corey heim field and stream hat but this is similar thanks
