When I went to order online the website was being a little odd. I reached out to let them know I was trying to purchase and that I wasn’t able to enter a payment method, and I tried from my phone and computer to make sure it wasn’t the type of device causing the issue. I wasn’t mad by any means, i was just really wanting to place an order and i understand sometimes websites reboot and get whacky. I got such a speedy response that it was fixed and even a discount which I was super thankful for, but also felt bad because I know they didn’t intentionally have webpage issues. Then after placing my order I got it faster than tracking said which was a bonus. I live in TN so I was expecting it to take a little longer because it’s not just any ol envelope. To sum it all up, for yourself or pet, I think you should buy from and support Fiddlers. Compared to other prices I’ve seen and ingredients I feel the most comfortable using these.
