I struggle with panic disorder. I also struggle with menopause symptoms. I am not sure which came first. I use about a quarter of a dropper & dose a few times a day while at work, when needed. If I am home, depending on how I am feeling, I do half or whole for the big whammies. It jas helped me so much!!!!
