Quality not as expected

I love this company and the fact that they plant a tree with a purchase. I have bought 6 things over the last few years and recently upgraded to a pair of pajamas. I have not had them long enough to test to wear and tear, but I want to say the envelope style pillowcases have outstanding comforter and durability.

These pajamas are soft and breathable. They are pricey for my teacher budget, but I was able to purchase them on sale.

I ordered 2 Silk Pillowcases through you website. They arrived and both box’s were obviously opened on contained a pillow case that as not even silk and the other was a return from Amazon and wrinkle up mess. Your customer service gal immediately shipped 2 new pillow cases out to me and apologized. It was such a pleasure to not have to jump through hoops to get the problem handled. I just feel badly that you are being whipped off by Amazon like that. I would definitely do business with your company over again just based on how I was treated and how the problem was resolved.

I received my pajamas in a beautifully wrapped box. I could see this was a special product. Sure enough, my pajamas are wonderfully soft and silky to the touch and launder beautifully. Thank you so much for a wonderful product!
