A great way to get iron and no digestive upset. I was diluting it in water because I was nervous the taste would be too strong but then I tried just the powder with no water and it was really tasty! I saw someone say they thought it tasted like pixie sticks and I would say that’s accurate. I’ve been taking it for about 1 month, still no change in my iron reserves or fatigue but I’m hopeful as I get toward 3 months things will improve. If it works, it’s a great product.
